1. How secure is my personal information that I provide?

Any information that you give will only be used by Snugasabug Baby except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order. Payment online is via a secure site, Paypal.

Snugasabug Baby does not hold your credit card details.

2. I have a discount/promotion code – how do I use it?

Discount/promotion codes are entered at the checkout pages.

3. How can I pay for my item?

We except Paypal, eCheques, postal orders & cheques.

We aim to ship your purchase within 24 hours of payment clearance. Cheques usually take 5 working days to clear, after which your item will be dispatched. Any cheques should be made payable to L.Kerkhof with your order reference number, name & address written clearly on the reverse.

4. How much do you charge for shipping?

All postage is based on weight and will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

Shipping within the UK starts from just 90p for the lighter items e.g. bibs.  Delivery is by Royal Mail Second Class and will arrive between 3-5 working days.

European postage starts from just £1.75 for the lighter items. This will be calculated automatically at the checkout for you. The European countries that we deliver to are as follows: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey.

Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

International delivery starts from just £2.50 for the lighter items. We deliver to the following countries:  Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, United States, South Africa

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

5. How do I check my order status once my order has been placed?

You will be sent email confirmation to let you know that your purchase has been dispatched. If at any point you have any worries or queries, please don’t hesitate to call us on 08700349302 or email enquires@snugasabugbaby.co.uk

6. What is your returns/refund policy?

All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping.

If any items are faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your parcel arrives.

If for some reason you change your mind, we offer you a 30 day money back guarantee. All items must be returned with the invoice/packing slip. Any labels and packaging must still be intact, and any clothing must be unworn.

You can then choose to either exchange or refund your item. Postage & packaging costs will only be returned if the item is damaged or faulty.
